Elegant and stylish, the Glasser electric violin combines chic design with high sound quality.
The 6-string electric violin has two additional strings that give string players even more playing variation. These are a C string (like on a 5-string violin) and a low F string.
The Glasser Carbon Composite Acoustic Electric Violin is ideal for beginners and advanced players looking for an instrument with a clear and rich sound. It combines the advanced technology of the acoustic instrument with state-of-the-art electronics by Bartolini. This allows the violinist to play either acoustically or electrically. The pickup is a Schatten piezo pickup and is installed in the bridge. The volume control and the 6 fine tuners are at the tailpiece. There is a small preamplifier of Bartolini and a tone control for treble and bass in the chin rest system. Connected to the amplifier, the electric violin produces a great and far-reaching sound. The innovative Planetary Perfection Pegs save an enormous amount of time when tuning. Besides, the planetary gears prevent the pegs from slipping or clamping. The violin is set up with Larsen Strings and comes ready to play.
Especially recommended for playing this violin is the CodaBow Joule Violin Bow.
